Snow Removal
Snow Removal
Snow removal is a very mandatory service today. Now days the risk of a law suit from a slip and fall are higher then ever. Insurance companies have to pay out and then your rates sky rocket from there. We offer a clean, ready for the day service. We also offer a complete ice management program and a detailed snow plan that both client and contractor sign off on.

When using large equipment it saves time and can capture large amounts of snow. Especially when the contractor needs to move the snow a long distance like to a detention pond, or an open area where it can melt and not cause ice patches when thaw n freeze take place. We use 14tf to 18ft snow pushers with rubber edges which help squeegee the slush when plowing. This minimizes the chance for ice patching as well.

We have many different attachments for our skid steers. These machines save time in crowded parking lots, and lots with islands in them. They can back drag inside corners and then reposition and transport the snow at the same time which saves money on labor. We have 12ft directional hydraulic plows, 8ft to 10ft snow pushers, and an ice breaker attachment as well.

We use ATV’s with directional plows as much as possible to save time and money when it comes to hand shovelers. They are also a great asset when it comes to cleaning out drain pans in parking lots that the trucks can’t clean that well. Doing this keeps the designed drainage plan working to the best of its ability.

We offer Mag Chloride treatments as well. This system applies the mag to the ice and when paired to the ice slicer used in the sander truck the ice doesn’t stand a chance which makes the lot a safer place. We also use this system on pre treats. In doing this we apply a layer of the Mag Chloride directly to the asphalt or concrete and it prevents the ice from building up making it a clean push for the plow equipment.
